Having a US entity for your business is a major headache IMO - esp if you operate primarily online/onchain You have federal and state tax compliances, and other business compliance for payroll, and a bunch of other things no one really tells you about until you're too far into the mess On the other hand UK or even many European jurisdictions have very simple filing, compliance, and tax requirements It's a complete psyop that somehow the US is a better choice and as new onchain fundraising mechanisms emerge, having a DE or similar US entity is going to feel like a relic of the past

If crypto native or liquid funds there, anecdotally, seems to be a lot more flexibility around underlying corporate structure and location Tokens rather than equity or LLC membership units allow for that as the underlying corporate case law matters much less
