The hassle-free way is third-party hosting your personal server with https://tlon.io/. They've currently run out of slots however.

Alternatively, I have some slots available with ChorusOne's hosting service. Haven't tried them yet, so I can only vouch for Tlon. Can give you a buzz when they have some new spaces again!
