Since casts are not on chain, are there big technical issues in the way implementing editable casts? Or adding a channel after casting?

Editable casts (or tweets) are just nice UX. You can't change the content of a cast and have the incoming reactions be valid (also if you change the meaning the like shouldn't be attached to that). So from a priority, lower since you can always delete and cast it again.
