All the engagement on my previous casts got wiped. Not sure why. Do they also wipe after 28 days?

Not necessarily. Data is pruned from the network but very few users hit that threshold. Most likely because people who engaged with your previous casts didn't migrate in May/June to v2 (they are no longer active; we changed the data structure).
