Survivorship bias here. How many dozens of exchanges or defi protocols hastily shipped and got users absolutely rekt.

What large successful companies in the last 20 years have been slow and deliberate vs. ship and iterate?

i don't know but the context here is crypto and as a user you can feel the consequences of this mantra. so much in this space feels rushed and held together with duct tape, and so so much money has vanished in to thin air due to imprudence and haste.

That’s a different issue though. Coinbase is a ship and iterate and is more valuable than all the other products combined.

when was it productive? when you said coinbase was more valuable than all other crypto products combined?

You made the claim survivorship bias without giving a single successful at-scale counter example supporting your point.

I can give you hundreds of examples of how putting out half-baked products in crypto got people hacked, scammed, drained and rekt. billions in customer funds. Ironically Coinbase's best quality is that they actually seem to move at a glacial pace compared to everybody else in the space.
