Assuming you have all casts indexed can you map based on user + last 8 hash?

Aren't the quote casts properly embeded hashes already? cc @woj.eth

It seems like a Warpcast bug tbh. We already get the cast hash embed. 

Doing a btree index for every cast based on alt client domain seems unnecessary.
