I think a lot of people have cognitive dissonance bw the technology, which is decentralized, and the social graph, which is pretty centralized with many of the most popular accounts being you and others who have some kind of association with Merkle

That’s the nature of public follow model social networks. 

The vast majority of the top 100 / 250 / 500 most followed accounts had zero connection to us prior to starting.

I agree that that's the reality. I was trying to speak to the perception of critics I've interacted with. I think they are looking more at the top 10 accounts than the top 100
