my questions would be: what has changed about the public narrative? and if he thinks it is a problem, then what is he doing about it? or what should people do about it? frustrating to me when people claim something is a problem but offer no solution

What? That article specifically? Fine, but creating the wrong perception of whatβ€˜s public sentiment on protocol related issues and doing this repeatedly can have very big impact on price. Especially if wrong decisions are taken and they accumulate
