Should help people who are good faith trying to engage and adjust how they cast. Reminder, if you're casting in your own home feed, channel or replying to people you who follow you, the spam model doesn't focus on that. It's only if you're excessively replying to people who don't follow you (with no engagement).

appreciate this have u seen any community voting systems for “not a spammer” work at scale? wondering if this human element will eventually be in consideration if the algo labels ppl who are just starting out, casting good content, yet maybe try to engage and go unnoticed for a period of time

What's the incentive for doing the work? How do you prevent Cobra effect? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perverse_incentive

a good q to start, i think there could be a place where any user on the network can be upvoted or downvoted as “spam” by a cohort of users the cohort could consist of ppl above a certain social capital score, time on network, onchain activity, etc the community would have to bring about enough attention to get enough ppl that are in the cohort to vote - this already happens from time to time on the feed itself, i believe @pichi just raised awareness on a builder today the incentive is ppl w high social capital on here want to see the network succeed, so if enough attention is brought they will take a moment to vote, perhaps even via a composer action cohort would need iterated on as network grows

make the vouching cost money, and be non-refundable. you still can re-spam them if needed if the vouching was fake (keep the escrow) release it if account doesnt reincide. make the incentives just let regular builders like @beachmfer.eth get out of spam label (enough of us would vouch for him 100%)
