How is all the code shared across RN & react when they have slightly different APIs?

@nickcherry what are you guys using for monorepo mgmt? I’m evaluating turborepo and nx for ours.

Please fix the keyboard on Android! It crashes if post gets to long and has a link, have to write in a mail and copy and paste
