Permissionless and real-time access to the data. What’s the incentive to run an Ethereum node?

In the case of a validator, block rewards... Fast access to the data set is a good one. There doesn't have to be a built in economic incentive but it is a nice feature to be able to break even or be profitable providing hub service to a group of users.
