True, but I would like to see fnames also become decentralized and permissionless.

Fnames are the only immutable part and we offer a decentralized option ENS for those that care about. I use ENS.

Feels like you’re looking for something that’s less pragmatic than our set of choices.

I was under the impression that farcaster usernames could not be changed by admins :/

One of the problems I have with AT protocol/activitypub is the lack of immutability, pretty disappointed that farcaster is going down this route.
