I agree you are not holding anyone hostage, but the slower (sufficient) decentralization of Farcaster, which I think is intentional and quite possibly for the best, may give developers, users, and others valid concerns about being part of the ecosystem, which we could all still try to address.

This has nothing to do with decentralization? You're free to use another app that supports video. You don't have to use Warpcast.

Doesnt Warpcast generally (1) decide what elements are kept in Warpcast vs (sufficiently) decentralized and (2) have a majority of influence over the protocol and roadmap? Given as much, I think it’s fair and related for people to *wish* that Warpcast will do things sometimes, rather than waiting for the ecosystem.
