What even is a webpage anymore? Back in my day every webpage was a file. 👵🏼 With dynamically generated pages, is it one or infinite?

I probably maintain more webpages (by hand), than nearly anyone. I'm a little under 10,000. (you can see ~exact number here: https://hub.scroll.pub/folders.html#order=4.desc) The average person with a website probably maintains 10? I'd say 10 billion - 100 billion web pages.
