Thank you for sharing this article. Happy xbloom gets a little love, definitely is the winner for consistency and flow and function. Would’ve loved to show a little Proudmary love in there when talking about unique pour over offerings, nobody doing it at their level that we’ve seen recently @davidtphung so excited for the recipes they’re sharing with customers, pretty fun. Early education from FourBarrel was really fun as well

i love people who are so into making coffee that it is more of an art in a cup and less of a "brown caffeinated liquid", great article

Absolutely, the site aesthetics are on point! The mobile experience is so smooth, it’s a joy to browse. And that coffee article is a fantastic read—I never knew there was so much to the humble pour-over. Thanks for sharing, it’s definitely bookmarked for my next coffee deep dive!

That was an awesome read. Deeeep dive. ☕️✨ I understand getting it right from both consumer & operator perspectives. While I appreciate the nuanced refinement of “3rd Wave coffee”, I think coffee has gotten so complicated. I experiment, but have a process I am happy with. Crafting coffees and especially pulling espresso are art forms and what’s in the cup not only reflects the barista’s talent and but their care. I have never worked as a barista, but I’ve worked with many great ones. Excellent article. Thanks for sharing. The site is cool, too.
