Requirements

6+ years of experience in product design
3+ years of experience designing consumer products
Must be physically located in the US or Canada; no exceptions

I can appreciate why you post these disclaimers... maybe they save you some time managing your DCs / DMs

but I suspect they also discourage some amazing qualified people from reaching out and in my opinion it comes of as condescending
