There are too many announcements because the flow is wrong: > Kebab > Pin cast > "Would you like to notify all channel followers about this cast?" > [Don't notify] [Notify] > Cast pinned Simple fix: > Kebab > Pin cast > Cast pinned THEN you can tap the already pinned cast and make it an announcement

In that case, additional checkbox in the same modal? Make the 2 buttons about the pin and the announcement is optional
