If you could add one thing to channels—what would it be and why?

Make an option for channels to not require invite. 

My assumption is most big channels won’t gate invites, especially after the negative feedback from everyone. 

I know it’s a protocol level thing and maybe I don’t fully understand that part, but if there was a way to do this and if channels used it then it would essentially revert the part of the channel changes that caused the most friction. 

If channels don’t want to do that then it’s on them and that’s fine.

This exists and most big channels have it turned on.

Ive never seen it? I just checked a few I’m not a member off and I don’t see that option. 

I see “mint member pass” for one now, is that it?
