Sometimes I wish the ethos of Farcaster were way more connected to the reality of crypto, which in the USA is currently quite tumultuous and volatile, rather than always exhibiting the rah-rah happy go-lucky disposition of the founders / tech optimists that congregate here, which can be tiresome and disingenuous.

I've personally had plenty of discussions about regulatory stuff on FC.

I think the game has changed. Optimism alone will not cut it in the United States (could be enough in other jurisdictions). Naïveté is not a strategy
