It might be a play to vampires FC infra. I had an idea to use EigenLayer to absorb all the ZK proving networks into one using Eigen to subsidize the whole thing.

This FC one (if that’s what it is) isn’t likely to succeed. But if it did work to get hubs, they would get control over the protocol.
