New feature on Warpcast mobile and desktop 

- Get notified via in-app and push notification for every new cast in a channel
- New top-level casts, not replies
- We group new cast notifications in more active channels like we do followers or likes
- Turn on by tapping a channel and then the kebab menu > Notify
