but why wait, let’s start it off now: 
I think tokens are an interesting web3 feature that if done right, creates defensibility for an otherwise not-super-unique product experience. also I want free money.

The key problem to solve imo is token distribution and usage. Usage is easy as anyone could think of fun ways to implement in different clients. But the more utility the usage has the more important distribution becomes. Boosting casts means clear $ value. Cosmetic less so. hmm, all very client based, not protocol lvl.

I like how Arb has been doing it.

Build out a ton of value before hand. Launch a token later when there is a need for it to give power to a DAO.
