Good healthcare? I.e. you get kidney stones: get check ups, procedure to remove them and post op and yearly check ups and you paid a total of $0?

When you decided to leave your employer and work on a startup, what did you do for health insurance for your family? How much did it cost?

I do get my healthcare through work but the add to include my family is still $1500/mo. Then there’s childcare at $1500/mo. Student loans at $1500/mo. Hmm 🤔
