With globalized supply chains these figures say very little. I don't know much about the economy of Canada & Mexico, but the EU could choke semiconductor supply chains if it wanted to.

What are Canada and Mexico's primary exports?

As I said, idk. What I'm saying is that there can be some small US/Mexican company that is critical in the supply chain for US national security. I know for a fact that there are such companies in the Netherlands and in Austria.
