Congrats to @dwr.eth and @v on smoothly adding a foundational web3 feature to your product! I’m excited to see how the Warpcast treasury will impact the future of your platform. I’ve chipped in to show my support, but I’m hesitant to put $100+ because I’m concerned about spam and bots. Ideally, I’d love for strangers (aka weak-tie-friends or new users) to have to pay a small fee to contact me. If you can make that happen, you’d be solving the main issue with email and all web2 messaging.

How hard would it be from a technical level to set a threshold of USD account value I want to require for a user to be able to reply / interact with my content? Not a serious personal worry for me but I feel like it’d be a great feature for large accounts. “Only users with a Warpcast Wallet balance above $5 USD can reply to this cast” Message only shown in the detail view of a cast to users that don’t meet the criteria. Hold the minimum bond amount, get access.

Plenty of spammy users with balances in crypto. Airdrops are massively EV+
