What does an ideal dev rel person do that we aren't already doing?

study lee robinson and what he has done on vercel. he’s now vp of product, but started doing simple 0 to 1 tutorials that amateur programmers could follow without feeling stupid. im self taught and believe me, those helped me tons (and made me eager to deploy on vercel)

What problem does that solve for us right now? I can see where it might be valuable in the future.

We just had Dev Day with 50+ people and did the dev survey and have tweaked our bi-weekly meetings. What's missing?

one of the most existential ones: trust and attention from established developers on the network

i could tag 8 builders that i respect and that are tired of the way devrel is done today

(that would be my projected bias after interacting with them in multiple group chats, and I may be wrong)
