On /farcaster and /warpcast channels

Need to figure out how best to handle these. A lot of people want to join them, but people abuse the channels for distribution. Don’t want to spend time moderating right now.

It makes sense to take time and figure things out, especially with the potential for misuse. Looking forward to seeing the clearer plan next week!
