It's not even a capital issue (we have plenty of capital). It's a matter of focus.

I think both are true? The way I think of it is: if we spend $120,000 on a comms guy, do we get it compounded back in return? Then you have to manage them, which is unfocused work. Which given the state of the product is way too early to commit to that.
