I read through a lot of it this morning. The quality of discourse seems really bad. People conflating and arguing very different things often in the same thread without knowing.

I don’t think anything will change for anyone immigration-wise. There is a new argument/prop every quarter if not every other month, and nothing ever changes drastically

If anything, the H-1B process got slightly easier because of the recent “lottery before petition” policy

If something does change though, curious to see how it will affect everyone, including non-stem H-1Bs and non-capped countries

there's a number of people on this list multile times...   i spotted elon 5 times and many others more (i.e. noahpinion 10x)...
