I don’t think anything will change for anyone immigration-wise. There is a new argument/prop every quarter if not every other month, and nothing ever changes drastically If anything, the H-1B process got slightly easier because of the recent “lottery before petition” policy If something does change though, curious to see how it will affect everyone, including non-stem H-1Bs and non-capped countries
