If you read the article about the Broccoli, she seems terrible.

I definitely don't want Amazon to try to milk James Bond the way Disney has been milking Marvel and Star Wars.

However, Bond needs a much better steward, shouldn't just be a family heirloom.

The Mission Impossible franchise is fortunate that Tom Cruise took the role of its steward and found Christopher McQuarrie to bring the series to new heights after trying other directors.
