Looks delicious. Depends what flavor profile you're looking for, but you might consider quartering your zucchini for grilling. My method: - quarter - salt liberally - place in colander for 15 minutes to sweat - dry off with paper towel - toss lightly in olive oil - grill The remove of the moisture + oil perfect char
