Bro, really working, great guide. No bullshit, just proven methods to make you do more and spend less. 1. Do the main thing first (Pareto's law 80/20) ⬆️ Find 20% of tasks that give 80% of the result. In the morning, while you're awake, start with the main thing. This will not only save time, but also charge you with a sense of accomplishment. 2. Block distractions (one-screen rule) 📴 Phone aside, notifications are off. Work with one device and one task. Multitasking is a myth. The brain spends a lot of energy switching. 3. The “Tomatoes" method (25/5) Work for 25 minutes, and then rest for 5 minutes. This is the best way to focus without burning out. Set the timer and don't get distracted until it rings.
