I have a strange question guys… The thing I hate most about working out is being drenched in sweat. I love the feeling of muscle soreness, but not being wet at the degree of a shower haha. Is there a direct correlation between a good workout and how much you sweat? Can it be effective to build muscles by working out at a slower pace without ending up totally soaked?

Wait what kind of exercise are you doing? They all have drastically different "sweating rates" lol

This is what I’m curious about. Why doing BODY HIIT or pilates it leaves me so sweaty, but when I do the barbell lying down, I don't sweat at all.

Oh I didn't know you were doing HIIT/pilates cause you said "building muscle" Those making you sweat makes sense But weight lifting, which is what's usually done for building muscle, doesn't make you sweat (very little) The former doesn't really build muscle, it works your aerobic and anaerobic systems

I’m pretty sure it also does, because we use light weights and I see already big changes in my body. But for sure it’s aerobic too, so maybe that’s the point. I will try this month weight lifting 😊
