There’s really nothing better than a good book

While movies are great, and tv shows as well, there is a level of fidelity that I can get from books that I just don’t feel like I get from books. It’s also where I am at the moment - just really enjoy books

Also I’ve been enjoying fiction a lot more lately, and getting so much from it. Great stories are really hard to beat. Also as I get older maybe I’m just less inclined to spend time reading things I don’t enjoy

In storytelling nothing ever will beat the movies but as you said books are more original and unedited like what happened sometimes in movies. Movies may lack fidelity but will make you live the story more than a book can ever do

yes, you are right on this. books take longer! any good books that you recommend ?

I think they are different, a good movie is good in a different way than books are good - but for me a good book lasts longer, than a good movie; mostly because movies last 2,3 hours but a book I can enjoy for hours and hours if not days
