When people in crypto hear “onboard” they assume some flashy faceless campaign. That’s not how this works. Onboarding happens by telling your friends & family. It means taking time out of your day to teach someone you know what you’ve learned & why it matters. If you won’t do it, why would someone else?

In the current world face to face talks are way more effective in doing this. I will say show them and talk to them about what you think is interesting. And why you are here in the first place
