BMW is preparing a significant update to the mid-size 5 Series sedan, the announcement of which is expected in 2026.

The car will get a "shark" nose and will abandon the huge nostrils that have haunted BMW cars in recent years. The new front end with a redesigned radiator grille and headlights resembles the Vision Neue Klasse. The central air intake has become wider, and the lower part has received a vertical bar.
