BMW and the battery-powered future: i4 charges with style and power

BMW has unveiled the updated i4 — now with a range of up to 590 km and acceleration to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds. The electric car has improved aerodynamics, a fresh design, an advanced multimedia system and expanded personalization options. The market launch is scheduled for autumn 2025 — first in Europe, then in China.

The model is equipped with a fast charging system up to 205 kW: 80% of the battery — in just half an hour. The suspension and steering have also been redesigned for the precise drive for which BMW is loved.

The interior is a mix of technology and comfort: a curved BMW Curved Display, voice control and an updated interface based on BMW iDrive 9. Augmented reality and predictive navigation functions are supported.

i4 is part of BMW's electrification strategy: by 2030, the brand plans for every second car sold to be an electric vehicle. And this stylish sedan is a confident step in this direction.
