Been working forearms twice a week and noticing a huge difference in my ability to control the weight when I’m doing other lifts. My forearms are also getting bigger. This device can be found on “The Tib Bar Guy” website. I would recommend it!

Great hamstrings u got there Athlete? I’ve been working on my forearms more lately too. First day really hurt me cause i went too hard on it, but my strength really improved in bench press, definitely doing more, I’ll try this too

Nice dude! Yeah I think bench is where I’ve noticed the greatest benefit in forearm strength. Just feels so much safer/more secure. And thank you 🙏🏼 No, not an athlete. Just learning how to grow my hammies effectively, pretty much in just the last 12-18 months. Far from where I wanna be, but also far from where I started!
