This is quite short and kinda a rough work as I had something else planned for tonight. Stretching is not emphasized enough. Either you are just getting up from bed/going to bed at night or starting your workout/finishing your workout. Get those stretches in. I'll be making a post on THE SCIENCE BEHIND STRETCHING later tonight :) Follow the /physicaltherapy channel and you might learn one or two new things today.

Any tips on stretching bfr hitting the gym I just do walks to the gym then warm up bfr workout, is that okay? 300 $degen

Stretches are important ESPECIALLY before working out You need your muscle tendons all warmed up and ready for that much impact and load. It is Key to avoiding injury
