What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded?

I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO.

What do you think?

I definitely agree with that one

We also need to change the practice of saying "reach for the stars, and if you don't get there, land on the moon"... idk if many have heard this one before. But for me it's like telling someone they don't have to strive for being the president, they can stop at vice president... we should always strive to reach for the stars, the sky is definitely not our limit
