Best 3 chest workouts i recommend to train your chest effectively. Effective and less time consuming. Be sure to do incline first, it takes a lot of strength. 1. Incline bench press: Best chest workout, notably for its strength build. You could also use the smith machine. 2. Dumbbell press: I place my sit at a 15% incline for more ROM and it’s more effective. Yes, It’s totally different from the incline press. 3. Pec Deck flies: Any variation of flies would work, it could be the cable or dumbbell flies. Then i proceed to train shoulders and triceps (more videos for that some other day) PS: Your choice to train to failure or how many sets you can, just be sure to go as heavy as you can, it’s always better imo😉 Please share your preferable 3 variation chest workout if different 🙌🏾 Love trying new stuff to get a different feel As Arnold would say; you gotta shock the muscle.

True, I was weak af after doing the incline bench press today, I did a sort of overload, 5kg, 7.5kg and 10kg plates each side, 3 sets and mahn!!!
