Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

i’d always strive for at least 1 day of rest btw sessions especially if you’d later switch to using weights, builds a good habit in advance personally am doing pull ups on Mon and push ups on Fri

Thanks ser, yeah I need to optimize my days but it’s been getting harder to squeeze in a solid session so I just fit it in whenever I can. Sometimes just full body
