Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

Tbh I do legs everyday I work out, whether it be cardio or some body weight squats/lunges or quad extension or hamstring pullbacks. So it’s really just push/leg and pull/leg for me hahah. It’s better than when I used to do full body 100% energy every day until fatigue. Broke my body and took months to recover

That might even be overkill on the legs! Make sure you’re actively resting as well.
