Love it, how would you align incentives so that fractional operator would not create a dependency for their skill to milk the biz?

Got it, could be part of the solution. 

I am thinking probably jobs to be done would ideally be highly specialised and repetitive so timelines, the service cost and value are predictable. 

If project overran, slash income from the worker could also be an interesting mechanic whilst quite toxic.
