About the homepage link: If your career page isn't linked, nobody can find it with ease. I've sometimes had to resort to googling for someone's jobs or going through their technical jobs to find them. Don't be like that. Make it easy to find!

About using an ATS: Most ATSs have APIs, but some are different. Greenhouse, Lever and Workable have open APIs compared to all other ATS vendors, meaning that any sourcer out there can go and import your vacancies and help you out. Aggregators will more easily be able to distribute your message too! Make it easy!

And lastly: Don't use Wellfound. It's one of the most restrictive companies out there in regards to your data: its a closed ecosystem with some of the most restrictive and efficient anti-Bot measures. Your jobs will only be available to a few select partners, and it won't help you if you're a small fish.
