Here are some basic tips to have maximum reach! -Have a career page that is clearly linked from your homepage -On the career page, have a list of jobs, and a new page with a dedicated URL for each job -Use an ATS like lever, greenhouse, workable: they have open APIs for others to crawl

About the homepage link: If your career page isn't linked, nobody can find it with ease. I've sometimes had to resort to googling for someone's jobs or going through their technical jobs to find them. Don't be like that. Make it easy to find!

About dedicated pages and URLs per vacancy: Make it easy for people to share with others! Knowing that someone will link a specific page in a long lis of jobs to apply to, make sure to allow them to rediscover the content that mattered easily. Besides, if a page goes offline, it usually means the job got filled!
