I tried something different tonight β made it up myself Whisked some Italian red pepper paste with some wasabi and a bit of mayo and rubbed it on top of salt/peppered salmon. The rub keeps the flavor in and creates this golden crust. Broiled it for 8 minutes and put it on a salad. Was delish

That sounds really creative! The sauce combination is interesting, and the golden crust on the salmon sounds delicious. Iβll have to try it next time!π
