• 500g shrimp (boiled and chopped)
• 1 kohlrabi (julienned)
• 1/2 cup lime juice
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
• 1 tomato (diced)
• 1 cucumber (diced)
• 1 jalapeño (diced)
• 1 avocado (diced)
• A small amount of cilantro
• Salt and pepper to taste
1. First, place the shrimp and kohlrabi in a large bowl and pour in the lime and lemon juice. Ensure the shrimp and kohlrabi are fully submerged in the juice, then mix well. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2. Once the shrimp and kohlrabi have “cooked” in the marinade, add the finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, jalapeño, avocado, and cilantro.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and optionally, add a little olive oil. Mix all the ingredients well. 1 reply
