Bikes 🚲

First real ride back on the big rig went well yesterday. I’ve got a good list of maintenance items ahead of me to get the bike ready for East Texas Showdown. 

1. Bigger front chainring, and a longer chain to match, for relatively less climbing than my last trip. 

2. Brake cleaning and possibly new pads. Cooked ‘em good on the fully loaded downhills the last time out. Feeling loooose! 

3. Rack adjustments and fastener check. Make sure they’re on there real good.
